Q. How does the site work?

A. To find the products you want, you can either explore the site or utilize our search function. After that, you can place an order by adding them to your shopping cart. You provide us with your address, choose a delivery time, and that's it. Your order will then be delivered to your home or workplace by a Savanna Firm representative.

Q. What are your delivery hours? 

A. We deliver from 7.30 am to 11 pm every day. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.



Q. How do I know when my order is here?

A. A Savanna Firm representative will call you as soon as they are at your house to let you know about your delivery.



Q. How do I pay?

A. We accept cash on delivery and we also have Online Credit Card and Online bKash service. Don’t worry, our Savanna Firm representatives should always carry enough change.



Q. Do you serve my area?

A. We are currently serving Dhaka only. But Soon, we will expand our delivery area.



Q. I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do? 

A. We are always open to new suggestions. You can call 0170000000 or mail us at admin@savannafarmproducts.com to add an item to our inventory.



Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?

A. Please Immediately call 0170000000 and let us know the problem.



Q. What if the item is out of stock?

A. We rarely run out of inventory since we store products all ourselves in our own facilities. In any case, we'll do our best to find what you're looking for. If we can't locate it, we'll send you an SMS or give you a call to let you know about possible substitutions.



Q. What happens during a hartal?

A. We work during hartals. That’s how dedicated we are.



Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?

A. If you're a couch potato like our founders and prefer to have your purchases delivered to your door, you may do so for free. When compared to other big-box stores in town, our pricing is frequently lower. We also provide a wider selection of products than the typical corner store. As a result, there really isn't any reason to go elsewhere.



Q. What about the prices?

A. Despite the fact that we have the right to set our pricing, we will do everything we can to keep them at or below the market rate. Even though we're working hard to cut our prices, they're exactly the same as those in the local market. Please let us know if you think a product's price is too high.



Q. How do you deliver? 

A. We use our own fleet to deliver. Our goal is to deliver the products to your place on time.

Q. What about quality?

A. It's our goal to find you the greatest products possible, but if you're not happy, you can always return them to the delivery person. Call us within three days and we will replace it for free if you forget to do so.



Q. How are you sourcing your products? 

A. We have our own firm to cultivate organic and authentic foods. We only sell fresh and hygienic products.



Q. Should I tip the delivery representative? 

A. Though, there is no pressure to tip. But, if you want to appreciate the effort of our delivery crew, you can tip them. Delivery workers keep the entire gratuity they receive.
